The

by George Gershwin, and represents just one of many possible
applications of these walking bass with chord accompaniments.
It begins with a rubato (free time) solo guitar chord-melody
intro using the chords from the progression. The walking bass
arrangement from our Four On Six series then provides the backup
for the head, done with Wes-style octaves on guitar, followed by
a 32-bar solo before a return to the head and fade.
